3. The death toll has topped 32,000 following China's earthquake. An official says the number could top 50,000. China has allowed foreign rescue teams into the country for the first time.
4. Garth Brooks will be back on stage for one night to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Academy of Country Music. Brooks is the top-selling solo recording artist of all time, selling more than 123 million albums.
